Returns & Refunds
1 - RETURNS :
- All items must be returned within 30 days from the date of reception
- All items must be unwashed, unworn, and still have their tag on if applicable
- You must ensure that the packaging you use for return is of undamaged and of sufficient quality. If the return is damaged on its way back to us, we will not be able to refund you.
To return a product, please follow these 3 steps :
- Send us an email at email@example.com or contact us here through our contact form with your order number, the full reference of the product you want to send us back, and if possible why (we always appreciate a little feedback !).
Let us know if you would like a refund, an exchange (if available) or a voucher.
- Once you get our approval by email, please send us back your items to our headquarters : MARJ, 106 rue Ferrari 13005 MARSEILLE, FRANCE.
- Save your tracking number/link as a proof of shipping.
Only returns fulfilling all the conditions and process hereabove will be eligible for refund.
Please note : at this moment, we are unfortunately unable to cover the shipping costs for returns. However, we will issue you a voucher of the equivalence of your shipping costs, valid for 2 years. Only exception will be for faulty products (see 3 - FAULTY PRODUCTS below)
2 - REFUNDS, VOUCHERS AND EXCHANGES :
We will be happy to offer refund, credit voucher or exchange for any returned items respecting all the conditions stated in 1- RETURNS. Please don't forget to indicate your favorite solution in your email.
- Refunds will be issued on the same payment method payment and the same credit or debit card as the original purchase. Shipping fees and taxes are unfortunately non refundable.
- In case you prefer a credit voucher, you will receive it by email and it will be valid for 2 years from date of reception, on any of our products.
- In case you prefer an exchange, please state in your email for which products, specifying the size and color. We will satisfy your request depending on our availabilities. If the product you wish is no longer available, you will be issued a refund.
3 - FAULTY PRODUCT :
If you consider that your product is defective or faulty, please send us immediately upon reception an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us here, specifying the problem you faced, your order number and your item reference.
Please don't hesitate to send us pictures, if applicable, so we can understand what happened.
If the damage or problem comes indeed from our end and a faulty production, we will of course exchange or refund your product, and refund your return shipping fees, as long as you can provide us a proof of payment.
4 - DAMAGED GOOD DURING SHIPMENT
Our shipments are handpicked and prepared by us, directly at the HQ, so there is little risk of any damaged or missing items. However, some trouble could happen during shipment.
First of all, please make sure to check the outer condition of your package upon reception. If you receive a damaged/opened package, you have the right and must refuse it from your local carrier.
In case you notice any missing or damaged item afterwards, you must immediately write to us at email@example.com, including a description and picture, if applicable. Any missing items reported more than 7 days after date of reception will unfortunately not be taking into account.
